We will do a draw once per week so don’t worry if you dont make it in, there’s always next week

You will only be charged if you are selected. We’ll send you a text once you’re selected and we will process payment.

If you are not selected then don’t worry, there’s every chance you’ll still make it in the next draw the following week

Of course you can. We offer free returns. If you decide it’s not for you then simply use the pre paid return label

Right now we accept cards but in future we may look to accept more types

We currently ship to anywhere in the UK. We may look to ship to other countries in the future

That’s absolutely fine, simply return the bottle using your free return label. We will give your money back. You can choose to remain in the circle if you wish

We will continue making batches of past releases and they will be available only to circle members. If you decide you want a specific parfum, just let us know and you will receive it on the next release
