These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mor website, products, and membership services (including the Mor Circle). By accessing our website, joining the Circle, or purchasing any Mor product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility
You must be:

Providing accurate and truthful information
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove access at our discretion.
3. Products & Limited Batches
Mor produces small-batch, limited-release fragrances.
Each release is produced in restricted quantities
Availability is not guaranteed
Once a batch is sold out, it may not be reproduced
Minor variations between batches may occur due to natural ingredients
All product descriptions are provided in good faith. Colours, packaging, and presentation may vary slightly.
4. The Mor Circle (Ledger)
4.1 What the Circle Is
The Mor Circle is a private membership list that gives members the opportunity to access limited releases before the general public (if applicable).
Membership does not guarantee:
A bottle in every release
Continuous availability
A fixed price forever
4.2 Joining the Circle
To join:
You must provide a valid mobile number, your name, your delivery address and a payment method
No charge is taken unless you are selected for a release
Entry may be subject to a draw
If you are not selected, you will not be charged.
4.3 Payment & Pricing
Prices are displayed clearly before payment
Prices may change between releases
We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to ingredient costs, production, location or logistics
By remaining in the Circle, you accept that prices may change. We will notify you 30 days before next payment
4.4 Removal from the Circle
You may:
Leave the Circle at any time
Request removal of your data (see Data Protection section)
We may remove members if:
Details are repeatedly invalid
Payment methods fail
There is abuse of the system or staff
5. Communication
We may contact you via:
Email
SMS (text message)
Communications include:
Circle selections
Release notifications
Delivery updates
Important service messages
You may opt out of non-essential marketing at any time. Transactional messages (e.g. order confirmations) cannot be opted out of while you have an active order.
6. Mobile Numbers & SMS Handling
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receiving SMS messages related to:
Future Circle draws
Selection notifications
Delivery updates
We do not:
Sell your mobile number
Share it with unrelated third parties
You may request removal of your mobile number at any time by contacting info@morparfum.co.
7. Orders & Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers
We do not store full card details on our servers
Payment is taken only once selection is confirmed
If payment fails, your allocation may be released.

8.3 Risk & Ownership
Once your order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to you.
9. Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

10. Returns & Refunds
10.1 Returns
Returned items must:
Be unused and unopened (the sample vial is yours to keep)
Be in original packaging
Be returned within 14 days
10.2 Refund Processing
Refunds are issued once the return has arrived and been inspected
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of the return being received
Refunds are made to the original payment method
11. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
Contact us within 48 hours
Provide photographs where possible
We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Imagery
Branding
Product concepts
Is owned by Mor unless otherwise stated.
Mor operates independently and does not intentionally copy or replicate any other brand.
